He was previously actively involved in a family-owned agriculture services and residential real estate business. Michael is the co-founder of Enhanced Living Consultants Inc., a home modification and accessibility services provider for Florida’s seniors, adults, and children with pervasive developmental disabilities.

Passionate and dedicated, with over 26 years of management experience mostly in the Geriatrics, Assisted Living Communities and Residents Care, she is the Vice President of Enhanced Living Consultants, and owned and operated South Florida business. High dedicated to serve, lead and empower her team to provide excellent service to all our community and business network providers. Putting much value and heart in her businessaiming to provide excellence, teamwork and promising integrity and commitment in making a difference to the society. Ella found inspiration to reinvent her business in an unusual place. She was helping friends with physical disabilities, she realized that as people age, their homes need to function differently. Homes have a life cycle. As a homeowner, your life changes, and your home should change, too. Today Ella’s company focuses on making life easier for seniors and people with disabilities to remain in the homes they love. As her knowledge in this area with of home renovation has grown, Ella has become a consultant to businesses that are renovating or seeking to make their facilities more accessible to the public.
